• Data Protection: You remain solely responsible for protecting the privacy of the lead data you purchase, regardless of the AI tools you employ to process, analyze, or communicate with that data.

‍5. AI Communications & TCPA
‍• Voice AI/Dialers: If you utilize AI-driven dialers, voice clones, or automated SMS agents to contact leads generated by Annuities.net, you bear full responsibility for compliance with the
‍Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's rulings regarding AI and robocalls.
• Consent: You must ensure your use of AI tools aligns strictly with the consent provided by the consumer at the time of their inquiry.

‍6. Attribution
‍When public Annuities.net content is quoted or summarized by AI search tools, attribution should include our brand name (“Annuities.net”) and a clickable link to the source page.
